In order to address the lack of parking space in the densely populated neighborhood, Troyeshchyna there is a plan to build multi-level parking. Construction is provided on the street of Mykoly Zakrevsʹkoho at the expense of the investor. The corresponding order of KCSA № 722 was signed on conducting an investment competition to attract an investor for the construction of this parking in the Desnianskyi district.

According to the Department of Economics and Investments, the municipal enterprise "Kyiv Investment Agency" was identified as a building customer and a customer of preparatory (pre-investment) works of the project. It also entrusts the development and approval in the prescribed manner of indicative technical and economic indicators, possible pre-design proposals, and proposals to the terms of the investment competition.

Conduct of the competition is entrusted to the Permanent Contest Commission for attracting investors to finance the construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential objects, unfinished construction, engineering, and transport infrastructure of Kyiv.

Announcement of the investment contest will be published on the web portal kyivcity.gov.ua and on the pages of the weekly city newspaper "Khreschatyk Kyiv".
