The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of Germany and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is implementing the International program “Fit for Partnership with Germany”.

The program is aimed at stimulating the development of Ukrainian business, economic cooperation between Ukraine and Germany, and the socio-economic development of the regions and contributes to:

- enter of the Ukrainian enterprises to international markets;

- increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises;

- improve the competences of Ukrainian managers in the field of foreign economic activity.

The target group is the representatives of Ukrainian enterprises with foreign economic potential, for which dedicated business sessions, that are organized in Germany (90% financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of Germany).

In 2018 - 2019 Ukrainian managers/entrepreneurs and enterprises are offered business sessions in Germany in the following areas:

- General economic cooperation;

- economic cooperation with conditional branch specifics:

1) economic cooperation in the agrarian sector: production and processing of agricultural products, food production;

2) economic cooperation in the field of energy efficiency;

3) economic cooperation in the field of waste recycling / ecological waste management;

4) economic cooperation in the health sector/healthcare industry.
