The terms and conditions have been published and documents are now being accepted for participation in an investment tender for the construction of a pre-school education facility at 29 Lukianivska Street in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The application for participation, bids and other required documents will be accepted by the Department of Economics and Investments of the Kyiv City State Administration within 45 days.
According to the Department, the new kindergarten will have three floors and will be designed for 113 children. It is planned to equip six group playgrounds on its territory.
Currently, the project site is occupied by an outdated emergency building, which until 2008 was used as a dormitory building for a special boarding school for children of I-II grades No. 8. Due to the deterioration of the supporting structures, the building is not subject to major repairs. Therefore, during a meeting of the Kyiv City Council, the deputies decided to grant permission to demolish the building.
The investment project involves the demolition of the outdated building and the construction of a new kindergarten. All relevant costs will be borne by the future investor. At the same time, he is prohibited from changing the functional purpose of this facility for the duration of the investment agreement.
The final cost of construction of the investment object will be determined on the basis of project documentation developed and approved in accordance with the established procedure.
The winner of the investment competition will be determined by the decision of the permanent competition commission for attracting investors and approved by the order of the Kyiv City Mayor.
The package of documents for participation may be submitted by a person who has expressed an intention to participate in the investment competition or an authorised person at the following address: 12 Khreshchatyk St., Kyiv, 01001, room. 1, Department of Economics and Investments (Investment Attraction Division).
