In the Dniprovsky district of Kyiv, there is a plan to reconstruct the non-residential building into a modern clinical and laboratory center. This was announced in the Kyiv Investment Agency.

Preparatory work has already begun for an investment competition to attract investors to the project.

The project envisages the reconstruction of two existing floors of a non-residential building on the boulevard Igor Shamo, 15-A with an area of 746 sq. m, as well as the superstructure of two floors on a land plot with a total area of 0.1466 hectares. The object of investment is located next to the multi-story residential buildings and educational institutions.

The approximate investment volume is 30 million UAH.

Project parameters:

- Land plot: 0.1466 hectares;

The total area of the building before reconstruction: 746 sq.m;

The total area of the building after the reconstruction: 1,580 sq.m;

The total area of the premises: 1,430.3 sq.m.

The investment competition will be held in accordance with the Regulations on the Procedure for Conducting Investment Contests, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated May 24, 2007 No. 528/1189, and Order No. 639 dated August 4, 2016 "On Conducting a Competition to Involve an Investor to Reconstruct the Building on the Boulevard of Igor Shamo, 15-A in the Dniprovsky district into the clinic and laboratory center ».

According to the first deputy chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Gennady Plis, the capital needs modern laboratories and medical institutions that will provide quality services at an adequate cost. This is especially true for distant districts.

"All without exception residents of the capital have the right to receive quality services, and the reconstruction of existing buildings will optimize the process of their creation", - said the first deputy chairman of KCSA.
