The new terminal expands in twice the capacity of the International Airport "Kyiv" named after I. Sikorsky. This was stated during the opening of the terminal by the Deputy head of the KCSA Dmytro Davtian.

"It is especially pleasant for the city to participate in projects that are not only economically interesting to investors, but also bring unconditional benefits to the capital. The new terminal is not only new jobs, but it is also first of all - comfort and the first impression of the Ukrainian capital", - says Dmytro Davtian.

Repair work lasted nine months, they spent 630 million hryvnias of investments. It is expected that the new terminal will be more comfortable and convenient for passengers and will meet the European requirements of quality of service. The airport also hopes to increase the number of flights through a new terminal.
