Negotiations and agreements during the World Economic Forum in Davos bring new projects and new ideas to Kyiv that will eventually be implemented in the capital. This was announced by the Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko in comments to journalists in Davos.

"Smart City" system management in Kyiv began to be launched 4 years ago after successful negotiations in Davos. Then we agreed here with the German company SAP, which helped to implement the first project of "smart" city in the Ukrainian capital - an open budget. Also, 2 years ago I had a meeting with representatives of UBER, and a few months ago the taxis of this company have already appeared on Kyiv streets. It was in Davos that negotiations with the representatives of IKEA took place, and this year the company will open in Kyiv its first store in Ukraine. The arrival of IKEA to our market is a serious signal for other major investors, - said Vitaliy Klitschko. - I am very glad that over the past few years more than 60% of all investments in Ukraine come to the capital. And we continue to seek and attract new investments, new technologies for the development of our city".
