Kyiv city authorities are negotiating with owners of the largest in Germany entertainment park Europa-park on attracting investment to create a similar park in the capital of Ukraine. Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko visited Europa-park, located in the city of Rust, and met with its owners.

"We plan to create a large amusement park and active recreation in the Hydropark of the capital. It is an area of almost 130 hectares, an island is not far from the center of the city. And today we need an investor who will invest money, experience and ideas in the implementation of such a large project", - said Mayor of Kyiv during the meeting.

Vitaliy Klitschko had a tour of the amusement park and was told how they were developing the territory and about new projects that are going to be implemented this year.

"Everything is done very interesting here. Cozy, stylized in an ancient town with modern attractions, a bunch of exciting entertainment, beautiful nature. And for children, the arranged locations are not only for entertainment but also for cognitive functions. In short, both children and their parents are happy here. I've been dreaming for a long time and I will do everything in order to organize such kind of park in Kyiv", - said Vitaliy Klitschko.

Europa-park is the largest in Germany and the second most visited amusement park in Europe after Disneyland in Paris. Last year, more than 6 million people visited Europa-park. They come from Germany, France, Switzerland, and other countries.
