Following the results of an investment tender for the construction of a family amusement park in Mykola Zerov Park in Solomianskyi district, individual entrepreneur ZAVADKO Dmytro Gennadiyovych was declared the winner. This was announced at a meeting of the Standing Committee for Attracting Investors.

The winner of the tender was determined based on the evaluation of the criteria of the tender proposal submitted by the participant and in accordance with the Regulations on holding investment tenders to attract investors for the construction, reconstruction, restoration, overhaul, technical re-equipment, etc. of municipal property of the territorial community of Kyiv.

The investment tender for the construction of an amusement park in Zerov Park was announced in December 2024. The deadline for submitting the documents for participation in the investment tender was 10 January 2025.

The Kyiv Investment Agency has developed indicative technical and economic indicators. Based on the agreed pre-project proposals, proposals to the terms of the investment tender were prepared.

The investment site with an approximate area of 0.05 hectares is located on the territory of Mykola Zerov Park in Solomianskyi district and is owned by the Kyiv municipal community. According to the developed pre-project proposals, it is planned to install a carousel, a playground, a swimming pool with kickers, swings, a trampoline, and a children's climbing wall.

The customer of the investment project is the Municipal Enterprise for the Maintenance of Green Areas of Solomianskyi District of Kyiv, and the investment agent is Kyiv Investment Agency.

The Department of Economics and Investments of the City of Kyiv is responsible for preparing and concluding an investment agreement with the customer of the investment project and the winner of the investment tender.

The Department is also tasked with drafting a resolution of the Kyiv City Mayor approving the winner of the investment competition and ensuring its publication on the official Kyiv portal (www.kyivcity.gov.ua) and in the Khreshchatyk newspaper.
