Address: Peremoha park, Dniprovskyi district, Kyiv. Arrangement area: 0.77 ha.

Address: Generala Vatutina Avenue, Desnianskyi District, Kyiv, Ukraine. Approximate land area: 1.53 hectares. GBA (project): 13,578 m2. The estimated cost of the project: UAH 294.5 million.

The object of investment is the arrangement of a fishing zone with sports and recreational facilities on the territory of Lake Burevisnyk-Korolyok (Zdolbunivska Street) in the Darnytskyi district. Area of the territory of arrangement: 2.5 hectares.

Address: Peremohy Ave. (opposite M. Ushakova Street), Sviatoshynskyi district, Kyiv. Approximate area of the site: 0.7 hectares.

Winner of the investment competition determined: Individual entrepreneur ZAVADKO Dmitrо Gennadiyovich. Estimated Total Cost of Installation: UAH 2 792 032.27.
