The capital city successfully combines the administrative, political, industrial, and business centers in itself. Leading the rankings of investment activity in Ukraine, Kyiv is improving these indicators year after year in international rankings. This was announced by Deputy Head of Kyiv City State Administration Volodymyr Slonchak during a meeting of the International Trade Club in Ukraine and the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

“Today the capital city is the leader of investment and foreign economic activity in Ukraine. The city focuses on over 33% of capital investment and over 52% of foreign direct investment. At the same time, Kyiv accounts for 25% of Ukraine's exports of goods”, the Deputy Head told members and participants of the trade club.

At the same time, according to Volodymyr Slonchak, the capital rises annually in world rankings. Last year, according to the Financial Times (Foreign Direct Investment Magazine), the capital was ranked in the top 10 cities in the world by the profitability of budget investments. And also took the 4th place in city planning in the Cities in Motion Index IESE.

“Kyiv pays considerable attention to the investment climate. The capital city today is a reliable partner that fulfills its obligations and provides all opportunities for an equal, open partnership with investors", - summarized the Deputy Head of the KCSA.
