Deputies of the Kyiv City Council decided to start preparations for the investment tender for the construction of a residential complex on the territory of the non-functioning bus depot. Deputies of the Kyiv City Council have adopted a decision that allows starting the procedure of preparation for the tender to attract an investor for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex on 25 Krasnova street in Sviatoshynskyi district. The corresponding decision was supported by 61 deputies. This was announced by the Department of Economics and Investment of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Construction of a multifunctional residential complex is planned on the territory of the bus depot № 4, the balance holder of which is Communal Enterprise "Kyivpastrans". This facility has not been in operation for at least 7 years, and the Communal Enterprise does not plan to use the territory and its facilities for their original purpose.

According to the land cadastre, the area of land on 25 Krasnova street is 3.2 hectares. Currently, there are 30 buildings and structures of communal property with a total area of 13,000 square meters.

The decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 21.05.2015 № 512/1376 approved a detailed plan of the territory within the Academica Krzhizhanovskogo street, Academica Vernadskogo boulevard, M. Krasnova street, railway track in Sviatoshynskyi district, which confirmed the possibility of the project.

According to the Department of Economics and Investments of the Kyiv City State Administration, demolition of communal property of the Kyiv territorial community is possible only after determining the winner of the investment tender, concluding an investment agreement with him and compensation by the investor for the demolition of buildings and structures.
