The competition is held by the Department of Economics and Investment of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv city state administration) in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for conducting investment contests for the construction, reconstruction, restoration, etc. of residential and non-residential objects, unfinished construction, engineering and transport infrastructure of the city of Kyiv, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated May 24, 2007 No. 528/1189, and the order of the Kyiv city state administration dated 09.10.2017 No. 1246 "On conducting an investment competition for attracting an investor to the project" Construction of a rope park on the territory of the Syretsky park in Shevchenkivskyi district."

The aforementioned order, a municipal utility for the maintenance of greenery in the Shevchenkivsky district of Kyiv, is identified as the customer of the project implementation, and the municipal company "Kyiv Investment Agency" will carry out preparatory (pre-investment) work.

The land plot for the construction of a rope park with an approximate area of 0,3 hectares is located in the southern part of the Syretsky in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The construction of the rope park does not require the removal of greenery and is one of the types of ecological or "green" recreation of the residents.

The measures envisaged by the draft regulation aimed at improving the provision of sports and entertainment services to the residents of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, which will promote the proper sports education of young people and children of the city.

Implementation of this order does not require additional material expenses from the city budget, and also will allow attracting investment resources to the economy of Kyiv.
